A Gentle Space for Healing & Self-Connection
Life can feel overwhelming when stress and past experiences leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves. At Embodied Connections, therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping your nervous system rediscover compassion and resilience.
Meet Jessica
Welcome. I’m Jessica, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Embodied Connections.
My passion is guiding people back to themselves and helping them move beyond survival mode into a place where life feels more manageable, more connected, and more meaningful.
My Approach
Somatic & Trauma-Informed Therapy – Healing through the body, not just the mind
Nervous System Awareness – Understanding how fight, flight, and freeze show up in your life
Gentle, Client-Centered Work – We move at your pace, with compassion and safety
Grounded in Research – Inspired by the work of experts like Deb Dana and Peter Levine
I’m also deeply committed to supporting the individuals and families impacted by deportation. Through education and somatic practices, I help bridge the gap between cultural realities and emotional well-being.
What Makes Embodied Connections Different

→ A space where you’re not just listened to—you’re deeply seen
→ Inclusive and culturally sensitive care

This is not about quick fixes. It’s about helping you build a foundation of safety and connection that lasts.
