    Initial Assessment

    Price: $160

    Our first full session is about slowing down and gently beginning the process. Together, we’ll explore:

    - What’s been feeling heavy
    - Where you’ve been carrying it in your body
    - What you’re hoping for in our work together

    This is a space to be fully seen and supported from the very start.

    Ongoing Treatment

    Price: $125 per session

    Healing takes time, and each session is designed to meet you with compassion and care. In ongoing sessions, we’ll work together using:

    - Somatic tools to regulate your nervous system
    - Education to help you understand your body’s responses
    - Gentle guidance to build resilience and self-connection

    These sessions are collaborative—you lead the pace, and I walk alongside you.
