    Starting therapy can feel like a big step.

    This is a gentle space to connect, ask questions, and explore what support may feel right for you. We’ll talk briefly about what brings you in, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

    Initial Assessment

    Price: $165


    Our first full session is about slowing down and gently beginning the process.

    Together, we’ll explore:

    -What’s been feeling heavy

    -Where you’ve been carrying it in your body

    -What you’re hoping for in our work together

  • Client learning to track body sensations for emotional regulation

    Ongoing Treatment

    Price: $140 per session

    Healing unfolds with time and care. Each session is designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll work with:

    -Somatic tools to support your nervous system

    -Education to help you understand your body’s cues

    -Practices for integration between sessions

    2 Hour Somatic Intensive

    Price: $400

    This extended session is designed for deeper, more focused support. With more time together, we can move beyond surface-level insight and support your nervous system in processing and integrating what’s been held.

    This may be a good fit if you:

    • notice patterns that keep repeating
    • want more depth and continuity than weekly therapy provides
